The Ameritania Hotel New York is housed in a Beaux Arts building next to the Ed Sullivan Theater - home of the Late Show with David Letterman 54th Street and Broadway. The Ameritania New York's 219 smoking and non-smoking guest rooms are designed in simple modern lines of cherry reds and soothing creams, rich mahogany paneling and chic modern bedside lamps. Rooms feature Cable TV with remote control and pay-per-view movies, individual air conditioning controls, marble bathroom with bath products by Gilchrist & Soames, CD player, alarm/radio, two-line telephone with data port, wake up service, electronic room key, and hair dryer. A complimentary Financial Times is offered to guests Monday through Friday. Wireless Internet service is available (fee).
